This system has been developed independently by LowLine Apparel and represents proprietary trade knowledge. Any reproduction, reverse engineering, or imitation of the LowLine Proprietary Fit System™ in whole or in part is strictly prohibited.

The LowLine Method™

"The LowLine Method" is a trademark of LowLine Apparel. The LowLine Method is a proprietary style and fit education guide created exclusively by LowLine Apparel.

All content within The LowLine Method — including text, imagery, styling frameworks, proportional guidance, fit principles, visual references, and associated data collection forms — is the exclusive intellectual property of LowLine Apparel and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or repurposed in any form without written permission.

Any future editions, extensions, or derivative works of The LowLine Method (including but not limited to The Style Playbook) are also the exclusive intellectual property of LowLine Apparel.

Trademarks

"LowLine," "LowLine Apparel," "LowLine Proprietary Fit System," "The LowLine Method," and the LowLine logo are trademarks of LowLine Apparel, registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).

"The Style Playbook" and the ™ designation are claimed trademarks of LowLine Apparel.

These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with LowLine Apparel, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits LowLine Apparel.

Product Design & Construction

The design, construction, silhouette, and proportional specifications of LowLine Apparel garments — including body length ratios, sleeve proportions, neckline construction, and label placement — are proprietary to LowLine Apparel.

LowLine Apparel asserts unregistered and/or registered design rights over its garment designs, packaging, labelling, and associated materials under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Registered Designs Act 1949.

Website Content & Digital Assets

All digital assets created by or for LowLine Apparel — including but not limited to product photography, lifestyle imagery, marketing materials, advertising creative, social media content, The LowLine Method style guide, The Style Playbook, email designs, and video content — are the exclusive property of LowLine Apparel.

Unauthorised use of any digital assets, including downloading, screenshotting for commercial use, or repurposing in any medium, is prohibited without prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to LowLine Apparel — including video reviews, photographs, testimonials, or feedback — you grant LowLine Apparel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content across all marketing channels including but not limited to social media, paid advertising, website, email, and print materials.

You retain ownership of your original content. LowLine Apparel will not sell your content to third parties.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

LowLine Apparel respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on this website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@lowlineapparel.com with the following information:
