  • Fit and sizing information: including height, build, and self-declared fit preferences submitted via our Tally form, sizing quiz, or in-email surveys. This information is stored as profile properties in Klaviyo and used to personalise the products, content, and recommendations we send you.

  • Marketing preferences: your subscription status for email and SMS marketing.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including:

Some of the third parties listed above are based outside the UK, primarily in the United States (Klaviyo, Meta, Google, Shopify). When we transfer your personal information outside the UK, we rely on:

How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Account information: for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards
  • Customer support correspondence: typically up to 3 years after the matter is resolved
  • Analytics and tracking data: typically up to 26 months in aggregated form

After these periods, we either delete your information or anonymise it.
